Program Design & Strategy Consultations
Does your organization need to create or revise mission critical programming, but you don’t have the time and/or expertise to do it internally? Does your program need to identify and measure outcomes so that you can be more data-driven in your practice? Using backwards design with a focus on clear and measurable results, Sara will help you think creatively and critically about what your program is and what it can be. Team Building & Vision Setting Retreats
